Specifically, Notelya does not:
All notes, categories, favorites, pins, colors, and app settings you create are stored locally on your device only, using local on-device storage. Notelya has no backend server, so we never receive, see, or have access to the content of your notes.
Because everything is stored locally:
Notelya requests the minimum permissions possible to function. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, phone state, or any other sensitive device permission.
Notelya does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. There are no third parties involved in your use of this app, because Notelya works entirely offline.
Since Notelya collects no data from anyone, it does not knowingly collect data from children either. The app is a general-purpose offline notes tool with no age-gated features.
Because your notes never leave your device, the security of your notes depends on your device's own security (screen lock, encryption, physical access). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and using a passcode or biometric lock.
If Notelya ever changes how it handles data in a future update (for example, if an optional cloud-sync feature is introduced later), this Privacy Policy will be updated first, and any new data collection would be clearly disclosed and opt-in — never on by default.
